This is my first moon shot, taken about 3 p.m. Nikon D90 Sigma 50 500mm lens. 1/500 sec F 6.3 ISO 200 Give me you thoughts and suggestions on how to improve this shot. I know it's centered in picture but I cropped it to make it larger.
Moon over Central Texas
To me & my untrained eye, it appears to have a fair amount of noise in the picture...particularly in the blue area. There are filter programs out or use PS. I have one, & can't find it right this minute! When I do,I'll send you a link. Nice shot tho.
The name of the program for noise adjustment is "Neat Image". There is a free download that I use, altho you can purch the full program for $39.95. Google will take you to it. Others might have better or different suggestions.
Looks fine to me!
Try another, early morning - before twilight, to get a black sky?
