Thanks to some of your tips i think i was able to get some better shots. Please let me know what you think. I think i need to come very late one night so i can those stupid cars out of the picture. I think the letters on the marquee look pretty decent and most of the building is visible. I also managed to get the brake light trails i wanted.

thanks, stephanie. i do too, i think it's because there are less cars, and the top isn't cut off. just realized the top was cut off.. oh well ha

May I suggest?
Straight on, and tilt your camera up, to align the bottom of your pic with the curb?
I prefer these shots to your previous shots.

Believe me, I tried to get straight on! It's a very busy avenue, and there is a bus station right on the curb next to where i was shooting. It just makes it difficult to shoot because people are almost always there. I will keep trying though :)
