B&W with a little colour Likes dislikes are welcome
Sorry but it looks like she is an evil little girl in a horror movie. For me the spot color does not work in this one. - Dave

I like the second one also!!
Beautiful subject and nice overal tone of image. I would steer clear of selective color... It's passé.

My opinion, take the original photo and desaturate it a bit so it is close to black and white with washes of color. It is a shame to lose her blue eyes, but I have to agree with others, this one doesn't work with selective color
I agree with the other Hogs, eyes to saturated in the first photo. Much better in the second.

Selective color is a technique that is rarely an improvement to an image today. In this case the eyes also seem to be unnaturally bright and of a tone that is a little to blue to be real. A more natural blue grey as opposed to the ice blue would tone this down and maybe help it work
Thanks all for you help Her is the original
Color spot changes the mood of the image - in this case not for the better.
The first image has the best contrast.
After seeing the color version B&W was a good choice. IMO there is a little to much neg space .

Here is the first one re do
Yes this reflects her beauty and inquisitiveness. Good re do
Re-do is a definite improvement. The blue-eye thing was creepy.
Very few selective color images work.
