For those of you that have Canon equipment here is their maintenance video. Most all of what they are saying is common sense but doesn't hurt to hear it again.

This is probably the most valuable tip that I've gotten on uhh. A little more than a year ago I jumped into the photography world (again after 30 years and with much better equipment). I've leaped forward with equipment faster than solidly learning and USING some basics like this.
