I find it very interesting! I enjoyed viewing the download and roaming around in the image to see what was there. Very nice pp on it.
Only thing I'd do is crop out what is to the left of the telephone pole and then straighten a bit so the pole is vertical.

Honestly, I find the telephone pole on the left and the house on the right a bit distracting. I might have tried a tighter crop. I really like the effect you chose. It is very interesting in that it makes everything very light; but not distractingly so. I think you are definitely on to something.
