a friend just bought the lens loves it as a walk around lens. the pictures from the lens are very sharp. I have the Tamron 28-300 which I thing is as good for my full frame camera

I'm still learning on mine. I think at 300mm it works better stopped down a bit, but I'm still learning and experimenting...
