Looks like the old "Hi-Fi" that was in my mother's living room about 1968/69 as it was called back then. I was about 10 or 12 years old.

Oh yea, Howdy Doody. I love Lucy, saturday morning cartoons, bikes with fat tires, lawn mowers that you had to push and did not have a motor (just blades), Red Flyers, where the word "dope" was someone you did not like, and the words Sir and Maam were always used, wish those days were back!

You put that in the large hole on a 45 rpm record, so you can play the record on a standard phonograph that plays 78 rpm, 45 rpm and 33 1/3 records. I hope you know what a phonograph is.

Keep forgetting, is that the one with the hand crank, or was it electric - before the safe third post in the electric plug in?
