Photoshop CC Install

Does anyone know if installing the most recent version of Photoshop creative cloud will interfere with my current install of CS5? I'm thinking I might want to go ahead and subscribe while the price is still $9.99 in the event that they raise the prices sometime soon. I'm okay with the the $9.99 per month for as long as they offer it, but I want to make sure that if and when they increase the price I will still have my untouched version of CS5 to fallback on.

I think you should be fine, although I don't have an earlier version Ps when I installed Lr5 & Ps CC "my" version of Lr4 still runs ok.

You'll still be able to use it...I have the full CC, CS6, and CS5 suites on my machine.

I have CS5 and CC, both have been loaded and working fine on my computer for the last six months. You will get no interference between the two.

I got in on one of their specials and got PS, Lightroom and Bridge for the $9.99 per month. You can't be these deals and you get 24/7 tech support as long as you're in the program. I don't think they'll raise the price above the $9.99 because they don't need to. Their overhead won't go up, and if they keep you happy and content you'll end up paying more in the long run because $10 a month is easier than $600 out of your pocket.

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but the new PS CC doesn't connect to all scanners without all kinds of bother. I still have to use my PS CS3 when I want to scan something. Contacted Adobe and their fix was too time consuming.

Call Adobe the phone # is on your monthly bill. I did and its EZ as 1 2 3. I have it all every thing they makes for the $9.99. If you don't have the time don't do the job.

at the risk of being repetitive, I have PSE 12 and subscription to CC and lightroom and all works ok

I have The Photographers plan at 9-99 per month and suddenly after an upgrade I had trouble with the program moving so slowly (obviously buggy) so I got onto the live help and honestly could hardly understand the guy on the other end with such a strong Indian accent. His only solution was for me to optimize my pc. It was already optimized of course. I ended up just re-installing the program from Adobe and now it is fine . The help was time consuming and quite hopeless I found.
