D70 Digital SLR Camera br Quick Start Guide br Nik... (show quote)

The camera is worth $30-50 (not much demand for 6mp). The 70-300mm about $100. And the 18-70mm about $20-30. The rest is pretty much worthless (1-2gb memory cards and battery that most likely will not hold a charge). Start the bidding at $150 and maybe it will go to $175

Most bids on eBay come in the waning moments of the listing.... Have patience... That said, the camera will not bring in much money. The item likely to bring in the most is the 18-70mm lens... You might have it listed a bit high. Is that a "Buy it now" or a starting point bid... ?

I think that your best bet to you to find how much to expect from your camera is to go to some other websites that sell used equipment such as KEH.com, Cameta camera, etc. Some people could make comments that you have an old camera with just 6mp and so, and so, and so....Lamentably in these days, anything digital becomes obsolete after a couple of weeks, like new cars, and the real value is in lenses, not bodies but certainly your camera was and is an excellent picture taker with good IQ.
I still have my Canon Digital Rebel with 6mp for 2004 and it is slightly less convenient that what you are selling. Also ebay is an expensive place to sell things because of the fees and if you do not sell it use Craiglist instead. Good luck
