West Virginia has some very interesting things to photograph, although winter time limits shooting really pretty scenery. :(
I like the way you have the plant in the bottom corner, it gives it even more depth. Very nice!

Hope you don't mind my adding Lynch, KY. This was the biggest company-owned coal mining town during WW II. It was owned by U.S. Steel. Generally, the people still there have good things to say about how they were treated.
Beautiful scenic image, nice soft colors. I have not been to W.Virginia either but if you would say it was taken in the California Sierra foothills I would believe you as the scenery looks very similar.
