Did you use Photoshop to create it? I just recently got Photoshop Elements 12.1 and have started using it. I want to learn how to do layering but haven't had the chance to get to it yet.... I have just been doing the normal photo editing with it. I had been using a freebie program called "Photofiltre" for years and just recently purchased Photoshop Elements when it was on sale for $59... I used $40 credit from Amazon points and paid $19 to get it.

You had a good deal on that one Bruce....
I work with Photoshop CS 6 pro 64 bits, but you can do this work also in Elements , you need to work with layers , there are some instruction video's on youtube , watch a few and you will get the hang of it I'm sure....
