What Do You Believe?

What is your ultimate idea, of your last day on this earth. What is going to happen after that!. Is it that you are going to just cease, to exist?. Do you believe in incarnation, that you might return as a toad?. Do you believe you will become a ghost, and just wonder around in space forever?.

Well I am very sorry for you, you have let your superior intelligence deliver your Soul up to Hell (well it’s really the father of all lies and liars - satan). You are so short sited, you cannot see your nose in front of your face.

Creation reveals God’s reality, and majesty. In view of this, the Bible tells us that such a man seeing the evidence before him, and denying God - is a fool. Or do you believe! nothing made it’s self??. Now that would be the biggest trick, nothing could ever pull. But since nothing cannot! create it’s self - well someone had to do it. That leaves only God.

Now if you believe that nothing created it’s self, explain it to us. I do not want to hear any Big Bang foolishness, or the old Primordial Stew garbage. I want to hear something sensible, and reasonable. Oh I also forgot to mention evolution. Since that would just be going back, to the something (nothing) created it’s self thing.

I am not trying to be irritating, or create an unending discussion. I just really want to know, what you believe about nothing?????. :)

I believe that someone as small and inconsequential a mote as I within the entirety of the universe could never even begin to comprehend the hows, whys or whens relating to the beginning of everything. To believe otherwise requires a massively GRAND opinion of how intelligent and important one is.

Me, I enjoy life each moment as it comes and whatever, if anything comes afterwards, I hope to be able to enjoy also.

The bible is an interpreted piece of the scraps of literature remaining from a time when mystics and shamans wanted to create a culture where the lay person worshiped the gods they created, build temples for the gods and them to live in and to have their physical needs taken care of by their "flocks".

I believe in very few things and in even fewer people and your book is not one of them.

A god has always been the explanation for things we don't understand or have the answers to. Who created this 'god'?

I guess we'll all have to die to find out who's right and who's wrong.

Energy is never lost. When I die my energy goes, does, becomes something else, just like the acorn that fell from the tree. I have no idea about what that might be for a human form but I'll be interested to find out someday.

OR, you might be like a campfire. The energy is converted to light and heat both dissipating onto the winds never to be seen or felt again leaving behind your ashes to melt away in the next days drizzle and be the last to go.

There is so much wrong with this from a scientfic basis that there is almost no reason to explain it to you, because your mind is so closed. First. There was NEVER nothing. The Big Bang refers to a situation when all matter was compressed into so small an amount that is reached a critical point and it exploded into such as to release so much force and heat that it lead to the formation of all current matter. The fact that how or when this exactly happened is not known. That does not mean that some thing other than natural forces was responsible After all Ignorance does not imply divinity. That there is proff that the universe is ever expanding means that it had to have a starting point. If you prefer think that a God did it then the question arises what created god. When evolution is referred to as a theory, in and of itself that does not mean that is not a fact. I guess you also deny the theory of Gravity. If so jump off a high place beacuse gravity is just a theory. I suppose that you will now say that I can't prove that god does not exist. You would be correct. But that brings up something called the Null Hypothosis which states , no-one can disprove a negative. In other words I can't prove that you can't fly. Next. Evolution. Just another theory. But also a provable fact. And here it is. Bacteria was once exquisitively sensitive to Penecillin. It was a lifesaver when first used. As a result of continued use a very small number of bacteria were naturally resistant to the killing effect of penicillin. But the number of these were so small penicillin was still a lifesaver. As penicilln continued to be used the sensitive bugs were killed leaving more of the resistant bugs alive. Eventually more and more of the bad bugs survived so much so that the dosage of penicillin had to be increased to kill the infection. Eventually there were so many resistant bacteria penicillin was no longer able to work in curing the infection. This change in bacteria so as to be resistant to antibiotics is known as evolution. Ok next is intelligent design. The argument is ofte=n made that a Tree is so complicated in is structure it could only have been made by an intelligent source much like cars are so complicated that they can only be made by an intelligent being. Every car with the same options is exactly like nthe others. Every part, every screw, every nut, every bolt i`s exactly the same. With regard to trees, or any other organic life, every one is different. Not the same like an intelligently designed exactly the same thing, DIFFERENT. Not intelligently designed- RANDOM. Enjough said!!~!!

Questioning everything, and seeking proof is not the way. Faith is required to believe these things, and even God. The natural mind cannot comprehend that, or even begin to understand spiritual things.

But the spiritually minded takes all by pure faith, because seeking proof does not constitute faith. Now no one has that kind of faith, except those who have a renewed mind, which is an action of the Holy Spirit.

Trusting, faith, and believing; are all a gift of God. It cannot be determined by logic, or science. But only by those who God, has chosen to reveal it to. :)
