That's just cool having three little ones!
The local nest here has been having only two and sometimes one.

I know! I understand it is quite rare, especially since sometimes one will kill a sibling even when only two were born. I am very, very fortunate to have these photo ops only about 30 minutes from home!

Also very lucky to be able to share with friends on UHH :) Thanks so much for viewing, Pat.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate your kind words. Did you get to see any snowy owls this winter? I noticed they seemed to be all up and down the east coast.

I heard they were seen in a nature area about 5 minutes from my house, but I never got out and saw them. I see ospreys all summer, but they're nothing like eagles.

There was/is a report of a mating pair of eagles in an area about 25 minutes from my home, but I never got there either.
Maybe there will be more next winter.

I may go down to my son's home in Virginia Beach this winter to see some eagles.

All good, Linda, but #1 is a stunner. Such detail & sharpness, especially at max. zoom. Dof is great, too.
