Heck, no photo is perfect. What counts most in a photo is the initial visual impact, not after the magnifying glasses are pulled out. Nice shot, nice visual impact.

Nice pic. My aunt and uncle live in Ithaca on Lake (?) with views of Cornell (where my niece is a junior) and Ithaca College. During infrequent family events there we have gone to the falls. If it wasn't a 2-day drive to get there I'd visit more often.

The sun may not have cooperated but the shot came out great. As for the cold----that's what you get for living that far north LOL

I complain about the cold, but the trade off is summer in the Fingerlakes. Stunning waterfalls, great wineries, and unlike most of New York the economy is thriving. When vacation comes, all the friends & relatives want to come here, saves me a ton on plane tickets, but I usually spend it on wine & food to feed the guests!

Used to visit Canandaigua and Bath when I was working. Beautiful country in the warmer weather.
