Took some comments to heart and went out to the garden; I picked on a lovely desert rose bloom shot with Panasonic
DMC-LX7 using macro setting with lense wide open at 1.4. Posting original and my PP version. Please feel free to jump in and have some fun. Any and all versions appreciated. Downloads available.

The original is a very nice close-up. I really can't see any reason to fool around with it.

I stuck with the original colors, but tried to make them pop a bit more.

Here is my take on this. I've created an Action in Photoshop and just press play and voila; instant Pencil Sketch...really fun and easy!!
