Welcome to the forum from another newbie Michael. I also purchased the Canon T3 and am enjoying both the camera and the forum.

Thanks for the welcome, Bipster....I too am enjoying the T3 and still experimenting and learning the camera....Hope to see some of your pics on the forum.....
