obviously you are missing the point of the exercise!!!
it is far more economical to dehumidify a small box than a small cupboard or cloakroom a WC is definetly not suitable

I don't know what you can get in Australia or shipping from Grainger. I have not had to use a dry box since I was storing paper in my darkroom, and then I used a Coleman metal cooler and Grainger desiccant in a box clipped to the inside of the cooler.

the cabinet is a better way to go
No mucking about with dessicant
Lockable door and shelves toi keep your gear on
