Never heard of them. But the fact that their physical address is a condo on a beach north of Miami doesn't give me a good feeling. I doubt a local resident could go there to buy something. Also, the English on their website isn't all that great.

They have horrible reviews on the Internet for switching out Canon and Nikon batteries with inferior generic batteries and chargers.

No, I have no intention of trying again - I was just curious to see if my experience was unique.
