Quick Mount Plate Help

Please help me by identifying possible products.
I use a Black-Rapid strap to carry my camera as I hike through the woods in search of wildlife, flowers, and waterfalls. Some shots of which benefit from being shot from my Manfroto tripod. However, this means that I have unscrew my Black-rapid strap, dig out my plate, and screw it on.
This is a time killer and I don't like to hike with my camera mounted on my tripod and over the she shoulder routine.
Once... I seen a quick plate that simultaneously accepts the Black-Rapid strap which negates any changeover requirements. (Didn't consider writing down the mfgr's name at the time)
Can anybody help identify this product for me?
Thank You for your time!!

Really Right Stuff makes a great connector that meets your needs (pricey at $70.00 USD).

Here's the blog link that describes it:

Here is the product link:

There may be others available from other companies, not sure.

I use the Black Rapids strap and a Manfrotto plate. It works well.

Mogul,
Thanks!
I ordered two of the T1...
I didn't know what they were until I watched the videos.
I bought two of those, thanks for the recommendation!

Be careful if you have to switch the screws on the plate. They're held on by e-clips that are used on both screws and are easily lost while being removed; I suggest that, after positioning clip pliers to the clip, you have someone cover your hands with a light towel to prevent fly-aways (a hint from a guy who had to go to the hardware to replace two lost clips; no, I didn't learn the first time). LOL

That is what I use too. You can get them for about $50 or so if you look around. This method allows you to keep your plates attached to your camera body or lens foot all the time. It By doing so, it also distributes the load of the attachment point at the bottom of the camera so that it is less likely to cause a failure. I bought a qualify clamp from B&H but you can get Chinese stuff on eBay for much less.

Example: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2055119.m570.l1313.TR2.TRC1.A0.H0.Xswiss+arca+clamp&_nkw=swiss+arca+clamp&_sacat=0&_from=R40

Another option is the M-Plate Pro which is a Manfroto RC2/Arca-Swiss plate with a tripod socket for the Black Rapid screw.

I bought the M-Plate Pro when it was first made available, but no longer use it because the point where the strap is supposed to mount juts out so far that it interferes with my hands when making adjustments to ballhead on tripod, or when on a lens it interferes with the mounting of the lens (I know it is designed to be used on a camera but that failed for me). I have toyed with the idea of sawing off the strap mount and at least salvaging a tripod mount I can use on a lens. Idea of the plate sounded good but it proved to not be for me in its reality.

It may be salvageable on a smaller camera body such as Sony A7r where the Black Rapid strap is useful.
