I love the closeness of the photos. Nice sharp images. They work well as a series. Do you shoot rodeos often?

Thank you. I used a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 on a 5Diii set AV 4.5 Iso 1600. This is my 4th post from this event, if you would like to see more.

Thanks Photoman. I shoot 3-4 Rodeos a year. I wish that number was higher, because I sure love shooting them.

Shooting rodeos is a lot of fun. I sure miss my photojournalism job where I got paid for it. Budget cut! Now I shoot for myself and i agree, you can never go to too many rodeos. Having been a competitor in my younger days, I live vicariously through my neighbor girls who rodeo. Got to shoot my former college team last fall. They are doing really well this year. Our SD weather needs to straighten out before our Regional High School Rodeo here. Keep those photos coming they are great.
