Aviator, I apologize. I was not aware that you wanted an extended debate over the matter. I was primarily reacting to your anti-American comments by giving you a taste of what a written attack against a nation feels like. I shan't carry this charade any farther. In fact, I do consider the British (or do you now prefer reference to the United Kingdom?) to be a brave and honorable people. The fact that we fought two wars against each other had no bearing when it came to joining forces to fight common enemies. And, by the way, I would have felt just as angry if terrorists had attacked London as they did New York. The only disagreement we have is that, although I might not agree with your gun laws, I respect the fact that you accept them, just as I accept the fact that the Swiss accept their gun laws, neither of which I criticize. It is, therefore, with a deep respect for your people, your government and your laws, that I ask that, when it comes to a discussion of internal policies in this country, over which you have no control and for which your opinion has not been asked, that you and the rest of the world......
