Two exchanges students were on their way to school when they saw a Scotsman in a kilt laying passed out in an alley near the school. The bolder of the two wanted to know what was worn beneath the kilt. Upon observing nothing was under the kilt,she took a ribbon from her hair and tied it around the man's private property. Later,when he awoke, he felt some discomfort and upon investigating saw the beautiful blue ribbon. Hungover he said to his privates: "I don't know where ya been or what ye did,Laddie, but at least you won first prize!"
