Ok, I'd like to know if this is 1:1 or higher.
Taken with a Nikon D5100, Micro-Nikkor 105mm 1:2.8, set at .88 o the lens,at f22, with a 36MM tube, and a +4 Diopter Lens.

At 1:1 my Nikkor 105 Macro lens on a cropped sensor D7100 measures 23.6mm on the horizontal, so yes this is greater than 1:1

Your metric scale shows 15mm across a 23.6mm sensor. So 23.6/15 = 1.57 you are shooting 1.57:1.

23.6/15 = 1.57:1 magnification = 1.57x life-size.
