For me, the message is not that people who don't like Mexican food are racist. It's that people are no longer free thinkers. He could have asked any silly question and would have received similar answers.
The last guy in the video--and I'd like to hope that there were others like him who were edited out--made the interviewer happy.
This was the reason that I emigrated to Canada from England back in the early 80's. My wife and I just hated English muffins, and we just couldn't take the ridicule and accusations of being racist any longer. Now we are so contented, because we both love Canadian maple syrup, and everyone loves us for it.
I don't like MOST Mexican (or Thai for that matter) food. It is not because I am a racist, it is because I am allergic to Capsaicin, the hot ingredient in Peppers. Makes eating in restaurants very difficult. Far too many people consider Pepper as a basic food group. Ha.
