You have everything going for you in the piece of art. I like it. A lot. David

I like the perspective, the wood, the shadows, the snow and the building - it is composed in a way that guides the eye to the wooden structure. Very well done. The only suggestion I have - and it is what I do with my B&W pics of this nature - is to add a little bit of warmth with sepia. But that is only what I would do. It is an artistic picture - good job.

Too contrasty. I would do curves adjustment.

Very nice photo but let me be "picky". It appears to me that the shot is slightly tilted to the left overall. Can you see it?
Look at the vertical lines as seen in the wooden post(s), slightly off in my opinion. But then it's very late as I am critiquing so maybe it's my eyes ;)... Really great shot though...Aperture or Lightroom or any post shooting software should correct this problem--assuming I'm right.

I like it. I didn't notice the small tilt to the left until mentioned by Shylo321. I like the contrast. Less would make it look flat and dull IMHO.

Now you have it...Notice the posts on the right side are perfectly vertical with the corner of the building. The bridge and railings draw one attention into the photo giving a good sense of dimension. And quite creatively, the shadows really enhance this photo. You have a great photograph that shows a lot of talent, both from a technical standpoint as well as in composition. I would love to see more of your work. I think I could learn a lot from it.

I had noticed the slight tilt. This is now a super pleasing image and I agree with all the accolades that were given (better than I could express) :)

Agree with Linda from Maine - the slight adjustment made a world of difference and you now have a wall hanger IMO.

I also agree with Shylo321 ... would love to see more of your work so we can all learn from it!

Thanks for sharing!!!!!
