I was trying a lens & tc and when I turned around...this guy was hardly 4 feet away...well inside the MFD. This is a Chestnut-sided Warbler.

Saw one of these this morning. But like most of the warblers he was faster than me. Nicely captured.

I'd definitely call this a close up, Bret. lol He certainly was giving you a hard stare. Lucky you. I'd love to get a shot of one of these.
