Well...not so fast.
That's not an EF lens, the current Canon mount...that's an FD mount lens...and it's worth about that much.

I can't speak from direct experience, but I've used reviews of Canon FD lenses on the Sony NEX3 when looking for FD lenses for my Canon manual bodies. They're still manual focus, but the reviews and examples show these lenses have a new life on some digital camera (just not the Canon EOS system).
