Help finding software please.

I'm looking for a program(s) that can stitch a 360 degree pano. Not a normal pano, however. I'm looking for something that creates those "moving" pictures on places like real estate sites. When you move your mouse over the image, the view moves also so you can take a virtual tour of the entire room. Thank you in advance.

Loads of software showing up on Google, I have never used any of it so cannot make recommendations.

Did you Google at all? Keywords "moving panorama software".

Click on the Space Shuttle image here:

Or the Rover one, or the Helicopter cockpit.

This one is interesting too:

If none of these are what you want, try for different keywords, "360 panorama" "unending panorama"
You can probably think of more....

I'm sorry I cannot recommend a specific one, as I've never used this kind of software, but browsing the above links should give you a start.

Thanks for reply. Didn't try google at all, was hoping to speak to someone that actually uses the software. Guess I should have made that clear.

Maybe you could start a new thread titled "Need suggestions for 360 panorama software." You'll probably get more replies that are related to your specific needs.

Serif offers a pano program that includes a feature offering pan, tilt and zoom. A little tricky, but the files can be made small enough to email. Final result runs on Quicktime Virtual Reality. Not often found already installed, but readily available on line. About $20.00.

I use PanoramaStudioPro 2. It is very easy to use once you get the camera set up correctly.

Ricoh Theta - the 360 degree panoramic camera might be of interest apparently you can make your own google street view with it. It doesn't say the software used thou.

https://theta360.com/en/ has a bit more microsoft photosynth seems to be the recommended software

I was looking at software for this at one time. Then I simply tried putting my 7D on a tripod in movie mode and did a slow 360 degree pan. Loaded it into iMovie and edited & exported it as a Quicktime file. It worked great and was much easier and quicker than stitching files together. Quality was good too. Just an idea.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately for me, it's not that simple. I am mounting my GoPro to a drone to photograph a large piece of property for a real estate agent. I wanted to give a 360 degree view from the house to show the view from every window. I guess I can try to hover above the home and do a slow 360 video pan.

It might work, thanks.
