Hi all,
Since today's my birthday, I thought our next challenge could be "Celebration". Each of you probably has a host of celebratory photos for all sorts of life events. Choose your favourites and let us all share the results. Post your pictures and tell us what they celebrate - I'm looking forward to lots of wonderful stuff. Here's a few of mine to begin.

First and foremost HAPPY BIRTHDAY   and many more too. Great start nice pics of a sweet looking family. So who is in charge of that pack, Wyatt or Meagan ??

Thanks Roadrunner,
Remember that celebration isn't necessarily in the obvious. For instance, after a long winter, you might just be celebrating spring with some great nature shots. I bet you've got something to celebrate.

Hi Deb,

Thank you for the Challenge. Not much of a celebrator but I'll be around to view. But then maybe I can find something...

Thanks for your good wishes Accelerator. Our family does have a pack of little ones now but I am one of 8 kids so the grandkids add up fast. Meagan and Wyatt have been friends almost since she was born. It's really sweet.

Nice challenge and great photos. Well I have a reason to celebrate, this morning one of my photographs was chosen over the many thousands that are sent into National Geographic each week. It was chosen in the Daily Dozen, each photo gets a vote and the one with the most votes gets to be in a future issue of National Geographic Magazine. Voting ends at midnight tonight.

Hey, happy birthday! I'm not much of a celebrant, and I really don't think I photograph well, so there's very little I can contribute.

However, this represents my only first place finish in over 20 years of running!

Celebrating at our first family reunion in 1976.
10 children plush 10 spouses and 32 children....I think. You lose track with so many. We've had six more reunions since.
Thanks for doing this. Got me digging through old photos again.
