Last night I knocked my umbrella stand over and in the process the mounting foot of the remote receiver broke off.
Does anyone have a receiver that is not working.
The model number is NPT-04

Did you call Cowboy to see what a charge would be for a replacement? They have been helpful with me in the past.

I am thinking I could buy a new one and use my broken one for spare parts.
The type of plastic used cannot be glued.
The 1/4" screw receptacle is ok though.

They are going to ship me a defective receiver so that I can take off the part I need.
You cannot ask for better service then that.
