PORTLAND PALOOZA. Mark your calenders for the 2015 Portland Palooza. We will arrive on Sept.22 and check out on Sept 27, 2015. The dates were picked in order we could share the fall colors as well as the other sites around Portland. Some may want to come a day or two before and some may want to stay a day or two later and that is OK.
We will give you the motel details shortly.
Great job RR. Will be gone most of day tomorrow so will find something tonight. Love the photo that made it to TV.

THUMBS UP. Good dates for several reasons.
Kids are back in school
Tourists are gone
Leaf Peepers are all over in VT or NH on weekends
The températures are nice.
And tourist traps are still open.
.......and you all from away will learn about piss clams
(Did I open a can of worms here?)
wow...thanks for the lovely view of Summer-ish greenery and flowers and children from Florida!! We are still cold here....still snow on our front yards, although its finally melting ...leaving a mess from the winter to be raked up and cleaned up....

went on a motorcycle trip last two days...800 miles altogether. But it was really too early to be on the motorcycle...we hit ice, snow, rain, high frigid wind...and even though I had tons of layered clothes on and a face mask even I was shaking uncontrollably..Im sure I became hypothermic because even we finally arrived in Fairbanks and got to the hotel...I couldnt stop shivering and felt sick next day..stayed in my room sleeping most of the day but the ride home to Anchorage, yesterday morning was just as bad..and to tell you how cold it was....I never took a single picture!!
From archives....just entered this in a contest about repetition...I took it at the Harley Museum in Milwaukee a few years ago...
