Day 11 of our challenge.
My entry for today is a study in rust. No fancy effects just adjusted the levels and curves for exposure and color balance and sized smaller. I'm almost starting to understand shooting in manual....this has been a good experience.
We have so much photographic enthusiams going around it's really exciting to see what y'all post.

Love your "rusty" submissions here! I'm a bit confused, is there a limit to the # of submissions you can make in one day? I thought it was only 1 image per day.

Okay, here is my other submission of the "photo opp" area where the previous one was taken. This image shows the whole area, including the boat landing. This is an image that I'm going to submit for a chance for public exhibit called "Faces & Places."
"Lombard's Landing" at Universal Studios.

IT IS STILL DARK IN PA...how you all doing that. OK OK, I get it. But Im sticking with trying to get out there every day for something new. Otherwise, I would be sitting right here on the UHH without moving.
Here is the view over my shoulder where the sun pops up this time of year with the morning news, that is george and robin, reflected back at me from the tv.
LOVE THE RUST...hard to believe it can be so beautiful.

Love that idea. I love to shoot old machinery and big gears.
I always do the local barn tours in my area over the summer. I'm fasinated with old barns and out buildings. Saw one yesterday and here it is
some lucky persons beautiful property
