Don't be fooled by his look. He might well have a heart of gold. Perhaps he has just seen something very sad, or is thinking of something or someone lost. Look very closely... is that a tear on his cheek?

That fellow reminds me of some of the sorts I have had to deal with at times. :D

Excellent image Graham and processing. If you are ever in NYC perhaps you can teach me street photography in the jungle of this city. With a good meal and some brews afterward. 8-)
