This looks like the concrete pumper I used to build my home. It pumped concrete into the forms of the foundation and walls and the whole job was completed in a day. I then used the same pumping technique after the steel beams were installed and the sheet steel of the second floor and walls.
I do see the reinforcing rods in the background.
There was a proposal for a computerized concrete pouring machine that would pour a whole home in hours recently but my place took a few days and used the old concrete forms technique. I did use some foam blocks for some areas that required a vibretor to settle the concrete.

It's also part of the ingredients of bologna, some sausages, & most lunch meats. It's not so bad. It's just the scrapings off bones that the butcher knives missed. It's tiny flakes of raw meat that were left on the bones. If you super ground meat you would get the same thing. It just looks unappetizing.
