Here is the recipe; Warning it stinks but will not harm you and it works.
In a food processor grind up a couple of onions and two to three heads of garlic.
Chop a half pound of fresh jalapeno peppers or other very hot chili that is cheap in your area.
Mix together with one half gallon water and two cups of murphy's oil soap.
One cup of vegetable oil.
Place all ingredients in a gallon jug top off with more water and let stand for at least a week. Strain in small quantities and put strained liquid in a sprayer or mister bottle. Start spraying your plants before the pests come out, they will be deterred once they do.
