Agree, #1 is not the typical image of a diving pelican. This is unusual and cool!

Thanks very much sailor, my lunch was safe, there was a half-day sportfishing boat coming in while we were eating, so all the birds were hanging out there while they cleaned the catch.....

Really love the third image! Wonderful detail in the download. I find it difficult capturing a head on shot of wildlife. You did an awesome job! :D

Thanks very much barbed, lots of fun shooting wildlife, and I'm happy to say this was a single shot and not a "spray and pray" excerpt 8-) , thus proving the old saying about the blind pig and the acorn!
