I took these shots on the 15th during the full eclipse. You can see the bright star Spica (the brightest star in the constellation of Virgo) just to the Moons lower right, and the much fainter star h Virginis just above and to the left of the Moon.
The eclipse in my location started out with clear skies, but a thin layer of high clouds moved in after the first half hour. It made for a soft focus effect.
This was my first attempt to photograph a Lunar Eclipse with my DSLR.
