My husband bought me a Kodak EasyShare ZD8612 IS a couple Christmas's ago my first digital camera and I love it I have taken quiet a lot of picture's with it .I would like to upgrade to the new Kodak Z990 for the more zoom (30x wide angle optical zoom )who knows maybe I will get one this Christmas .When I get better at takeing pictures I will post some but for now I'am here to learn

The best learning experience is to post your images and ask for suggestions to improve. Then try to implement the suggestions you like and forget about the ones you don't like.

I started using the first easyshare several years ago. I have wore out 4 since then. I now use a
Kodak easyshare Z1015IS. I love it and find I can add quite a few manual settings on it. I love doing night photos so it is critical to be able to get the extra shutter speed. We just recently had our external hard drive go bad, so I may have lost all. I guess that brings up another subject tho. I would like to find more people intersted in sharing ideas and photos with the Kodaks.
