For a long time now, I have strongly suspected that "Rappers" are all crazy; if this news story doesn't prove it, I don't know what it will take.........

A rapper linked to the Wu-Tang Clan was injured early Wednesday after he severed his penis and jumped from a North Hollywood apartment, Los Angeles police said.
Andre Johnson, 40 -- who raps under the moniker "Christ Bearer" in the duo Northstar -- was discovered about 12:45 a.m. with a self-inflicted wound to his genitalia, LAPD Sgt. William Mann confirmed.
Mann said Johnson had jumped from a second-story building in the 4500 block of Colfax Avenue. Johnson was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Mann said, but the extent of his injuries was unknown. (Maybe he should have picked a higher building? Maybe at least a 20 story building? )
It was not immediately clear what triggered Johnson's actions, Mann said.
According to the Wu-Tang Clan's website, rapper RZA discovered the Long Beach-based Northstar outside an L.A. radio station in 1998. On Tuesday, Johnson posted on Facebook and Twitter links to a new music video with rapper Rugged Monk.
My suggestion to the LAPD; Maybe you better round-up the "Wu-Tang Clan" and ship them all to Uganda or Somalia?

So there you have it, Bamacare liberated this guy so he could pursue his inner artist, and Bamacare is there to help him recover from his art, LOL.
BTW, I've actually worked with Wu-Tang Clan as the A1 on a few of there shows back in the 90's.
