All this arguing and bickering going on you made God mad. Yesterday 75 degrees riding my bike. Right now 32 degrees 2 inches of snow and still coming down. Cut it out. Enough with the snow. You know Nikon is superior so just stop.

That's a given.....but what about gun control, same-sex marriage, Obama, politics, global warming, and the Bible?

All that stuff is just discussion Steve and you know it. The problem is the non acceptance of the Nikon superiority.

I shoot Nikon, but from what I've read about the Canon 1D, their top of the line, if I could afford it and all of their good lenses, I might have to switch. However, since I can't, I'll stick with Nikon. Scott Kelby just switched to the 1D because if its fantastic focusing.

I shoot canon just because my first dslr was bought when I had absolutely no idea what I was buying or how to use it. and now can't afford to switch either. besides I am happy with my canons,

But it is fun to watch the canon/nikon threads

I started with Canon. I had a Canon Ftb. It was perhaps, the best camera I've had. When it finally locked up and I looked at other cameras, the Canon's had those "scene" choices at the top of the camera, and I didn't like that, so I switched to the more traditional Nikon 6006, and stayed with Nikon when I went digital. My first digital was the D7000 and I couldn't have been happier. I've since bought the D800 and it's a great camera. I'm looking forward to buying some lenses that are equal to the camera.

Now that right there is pretty cool Steve. I currently have an Ftb-QL the last of 3 I also have an A1 with motor drive and a large array of glass, some that is good and some that shook apart on the back of a Harley. I have several other film cameras also and 1 of my ftb's is in Az with my friends daughter who used it to learn b&w film while in college in Cali. Ftb is and was a great camera.

In my neck of the woods, the 'old timers' call it "dogwood winter", which is followed shortly thereafter by "blackberry winter". After that, it normally warms up for good.
