#1 is my favorite, but they're all interesting and creative.

Like #3 the most. #2 is bit overcooked for my tastes, #1 is the most realistic. But 3 has a nice flavor to it.

I am a rank amateur, so take my comments with a shaker of salt

I agree with fjrwillie on his point of view on #2. Also I note in all three that the verticals/horizontals could use adjusting.
Regarding #3 I feel that the chair should have been more of the focal point of the photo, and less of the potted bush. A different shooting position might have drawn the viewer to a focal point of interest.
The HDR of #3 is the most likable of the 3.

I will focus my comments on pic #2 because that's the one I like the most.

My taste is usually less towards the grunge end of the HDR spectrum but I actually don't mind the PP on this, particularly in the way it has brought out the texture. I agree about the horizontal/vertical issues, you really need to get them right when strong verticals and horizontals are an such an important element of the composition and they are a relatively easy fix in PP. But a couple of technical issues.
When you go for a grungier look any imperfections will show up more. Look up in the sky at the top left. The sensor spot really stands out, in fact if you check right through the sky you will find a number of other sensor marks. Fairly easy to clone them out and worth the effort of doing so. Look at the top of the lamp post and compare the blue areas on the left and right of the lamp post. They are totally different and so they do not look continuous. This often happens with strong lines and boundaries for the sort of grunge look you are after so you need to tweek the sliders in the original HDR merge to smooth out the issue. Alternatively you could simply use an area from the sky on the right to clone over the lighter area on the left. If its done carefully you end up with an undetectable result. One of the things that you have done quite well is to control the highlights which is sometimes difficult on a contrasty sort of day which this seems to have been. But It might have been useful to bring the whites up just a bit further as it looks a little flat, particularly the brick house on the right. But in saying that you need to make sure that you mask out the bright left of the chimney so that bringing up the whites doesn't blow that area. You have got two areas which have blown, the bottom right door window and the strong brightspot on the left of the door. If they are not blown on the least exposed of your bracketed shots then you can use it with a layer mask to bring detail back into those areas. Otherwise a bit of cloning will fix the bright spot on the wall but there is probably not much you can do with the window though it is not critical because our eyes are used to strong reflections from glass surfaces. But overall I like the pic and the treatment you have given it.
