Shot the belted kingfisher Friday with wind blowing so hard, I couldn't stand still. He/she did much better than I :)

The others were taken today. Eagle baby doesn't look any larger than last week; maybe they lost one and this is different? Dad brought more nesting material a couple of times while I was there.

Canon SX50, most in burst mode, edits in PSE 12, including much cropping!

None are very good quality, just wanted to keep you updated on the local raptors - and my favorite little fisher bird :) Thanks for looking.

It's nice to see the eagle family has been productive and the ospreys will soon have chicks of their own. Nice series Linda. I always enjoy seeing your shots.

Enjoyed the series! The eagle chick is adorable with the majesty of the parent giving a good contrast in the background. Love that one!

I have a hard time capturing belted kingfishers unless they are still. Those guys are fast! Great shot!
