I really don't think this anything new, back in the 60's early 70's when I was on active duty in the Navy, every time we pulled out of port we were shadowed by a Russian trawler

That would seem a little less threatening to me but what do I know. The Ukraine thing is a total mess.

I'm Ukrainian, came to this great country in 1949. Your right it is a mess. I'm afraid this will be the start of world war III.
