My little dog Diva with a very patient toad....

Amish boys
haha, the dog seems to not mind at all, pretty funny.
I wanted them to sniff each other, but Diva didn't like the way the toad smelled...I got frustrated and just put the toad on Diva's head...that seemed to work...
Not trying to cause trouble - I have an honest question, and no I really do not know. Do the Amish have any objections to having their pictures taken? I am not familar with their traditions and beliefs. Either way, two very nice pictures - thanks for sharing.

A Beastie! Your little Diva needs to come hang out with my two boys, they will have a blast. :)
Be careful of toads, I'm not sure if you know but if she bites it, She will start foaming at the mouth and could have to take a trip to the vet, they are poisonous.
Yeah I know they are toxic...no chance of her biting him, she wouldn't get within 2 feet of him...but thanks for telling me. Do you have Bostons too? They are such fun dogs.
Depending on which amish sect they belong to. The Lancaster amish don't mind getting their pictures taken..the amish around me in central Pennsylvania don't particularly like their pictures taken, these kids came walking up to my camera, they said it was ok if I took their pics...now I don't know what their parents would have said about it! They usually put their heads down, or turn their heads if they don't want their picture taken...thanks for asking!

Actually the Elders do have issues with this. they base their beliefs on... Thou shall not not have any graven images... The younger generations are having troubles with todays technology. I live near several Amish communities
