Agreed. Medicare for all is what should have been done in the first place.

Think, Larry, Think…very few things now cost less than in th 80s..

Mike didn't give dates for his medical costs in his original comment. We were led to believe that his medical costs and insurance payments were recent.

Larry, you infer that I "Tricked you" anybody with any intelligence would know that I paid less in 1985 than in 2011.

The last Insurance which covered me when I had the motorcycle wreck expired in October 2012 and cost me
$214.00 per month. In other words my monthly payment a tad over 1.5yrs ago was $214.00 per month...... You can do your best to come up with something else, but that is what is was.... Sorry to burst your bubble...

Since I now have and USE Medicare, my Supplemental Ins. is $139.00 per month.

NO..what you mean is that the government will have better control over the PEOPLE!!!!

I thought that it was "the people" who elected their government .... or did these people who govern us just suddenly appear and take over .... did you ever consider the possibility that, since a majority of the people who voted .... want the present elected government .... you are in the minority .... or do you advocate a revolution by the minority for the purpose of over - riding the will of the majority .... can't wait for a reasoned response ... where do you get the b..ls to presume that you know what is best for the majority ...

But you must also realize that we now allow only 2 terms for Pres. so the position does not turn into a dictatorship.

AND Where is your compassion for us minorities?????

People like you, when you get " in " power let it go right to your head.

The American revolution WAS FAUGHT BY 3 % OF THE POPULATION.

The Russian Revolution by 10%

I don't think the people who voted for BO had any idea what an amateur and liar he was and is.

Well... I have to admit that the "Majority" of voters voted for Obama in both elections...
2008 53/46% 2012 50/48%

In 2008, Harry Reid could have beaten McCain
In 2012, it was a little more to Obama's side.. BUT not a rousing majority by any means...

ie... the USA is basically split 50/50 on this president... and I would wager that if a vote was taken today, Sarah Palin could beat Obama handily.....

His "B...Ls come from the same place you get yours and claim the authority to claim the same things......

The percent of people who fought in the American Revolution is not an indication of support ... in 1776 one third of the population supported Revolution, one third opposed and one third did not care or supported reconciliation .. I refer you to: What America Was Really Like In 1776 by Thomas Fleming .... so 2/3 of the people were against separation .... I still do not understand your point ..... I guess you would agree with Thomas Jefferson and his theory of revolution invigorating a country.... if the country had followed Jefferson ... we would be like a third world African nation ....

So now we follow BO and are quickly becoming what you feared, a third world nation.

My point was that 3% of the population ousted the British.

If we had had our form of government then ( the type we have now), we'd still be under the crown.

The pendulum of history is in perpetual motion and what You tend to forget is that you will lose favor and be replaced by the opposition, who ever they are.

There is NO moderation in your governing, when you are replaced, perhaps you will be given no quarter.

The duplicity of the present regime covers every aspect of American life.

Today, no one but BO's most ardent followers, trust or believe, in anything his regime says, promotes or does.

It is all looked upon with suspicion.
And when this suspicion is raised they are told they are RACIST.

BO and his ilk are the only ones who bring up racism and use it as a barrier.

If your not for this or that, you must be a racist!

Your party looks at everything thru racist glasses and it's really getting old.

You say you don't understand, well, support America, not the democrat party.
