moving my settings for lightroom to another computer help

Im setting up lightroom5 on my desktop Ive had it on my laptop until now . is there a Configuration file i can copy from my laptop to set up all my preferences catalogues , presets etc ?? etc Ive been looking but cant seem to find an easy way to do this short of copying over all my presets, settings etc. any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated . Now i also have to remember how to set up the catalogues and stuff between my various drives this may be work !!
