Might "reduce your risk" but doesn't actually prevent...Too many people see these types of stories as "magic bullets" that will prevent some illness, but that isn't always the case...You gotta play to win the lottery, but just because you play doesn't mean you will win & buying more tickets really doesn't improve your odds either.

Life is terminal.

A doctor of Physics once told me statistically, you have the same chance of winning the lottery if you buy a ticket or decide not to, you'd appear right next to each other on a plotted graph... statistically.

Eat right,exercise,reduce your stress,....die anyway...but the quality you enjoy to the end is at least partially in your control.
