A couple of barns from this weekend

Was out shooting this weekend and came across a couple of barns that I thought were interesting.

Number 1 is pretty blown out but it was a sunny day with no clouds in the sky, a white painted barn with a white metal roof.

Yes, too many are being torn down or left to rot away. There is a round barn north of town that I wanted to take a photo of but it made me sad to see the condition it's been let go to. Hardly any roof left now. The walls are very old cement block, so they're still good but trees have grown up inside.

Nice barn! We used to have some round barns SE of Denver, all gone now, never heard the details.

I found a website that lists all the round barns in Iowa and used that to try to seek a couple of them out but of the 2 closest the one was in terrible shape and roads leading to the other were too muddy to negotiate. I'll try again later in the year.

You see #1 as blown out I say no. I down load it there is a lot of detail in it you need to do a little pp on the barn. Have fun and go for it. Just my 0.02 worth :thumbup:
