I don't understand how this can be the last day. If you don't have insurance aren't you required to sign up? I understand if you didn't get signed up by midnight you have to wait until October? That just doesn't make sense. I have health insurance through my employer so I haven't kept up with the Obamacare but why would you have to wait until October if the goal is to get everyone covered?
