Having some bad times here. Not only is my computer weirded out but as for spring time, welthe sap has yet to run, andit has been snowing and blowing since early morning.
I wanted some sugar house photos along with birch buds, maybe pussywillows butthat is out of the question so......
Up here we lack colour and although I would love to see B&W as we learned so much from Bushido last week but I'll accept (easily) colour and for us northerners it would be a relief to see spring colours.
So here are pics shot today and yesterday in our version od springtime, for 2014 that is...
This was yesterday
This is today
And this one here, well... See those orange markers? They indicate frost heaves, a spring time phenonomen here and if you drive across them with the pedal tothemetal, I guarantee you that your head will bang on the roof and your transmission will back up a few feet
Mud season is not far away

Great start in spite of all the challenges. It is shades of gray here too.

Thanks. The winter here has been awful. We hope this mornings snow will be the last. Once the river opens up and things get green it will be a beautiful place once again.
I can almost smell spring.
Here are some from bleak, dreary Maine today.
Actually found a tree in little buds last week. HOPE!
City snow pile is no longer white - black, dirty and full of weird things
Mud puddles mean it's melting and kids (and some adults) can't resist walking through them.
Pot holes = Spring. There are even "Pothole" Contests...
It looks like the theme for now is color. Or maybe spring. Either way I hope I am in the right ballpark.
